Je recommande ce cours à tous nos travailleurs – D. Marcotte GM Canada
The shipping and transportation of infectious materials and biological samples are regulated under the TDGR (Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations). Examples of these products are diagnostic specimens, biological specimens (infected or uninfected – blood, urine, etc.).
TDG training is mandatory by law for all people who prepare, handle or transport shipments of biological materials. It is important to distinguish between shipper training (staff who take and package samples – our BIO-101 training) and carriers (staff delivering packages – our BIO-109 training).
Shippers have higher responsibilities; they must ensure proper classification, secure packaging (according to CGSB43.125-2017) and identification of packages. While a carrier is responsible for ensuring the compliance of the shipment before accepting the package.
We offer TDG training on the transport of infectious materials for the transport of biological materials (by ground and air), on site, in Web conference or on-line.
